How Do We Coach You Over the Web?
We use a professional web meeting software which enables us to share screen and keyboard controls with our clients. Software consulting and coaching over the web is not only cost-effective, but provides the ultimate in privacy and convenience for our clients.
All you need is a quiet place to work without interruptions, an internet connection, and a phone with a headset, so that your hands are free to participate in the live training.
This is not a video presentation you sit back and watch - it's real-time learning with you and your coach. View our screen or we work from yours; you control the keyboard and mouse or we do. It's the best in teamwork while you learn. Our clients love it!

Life is complicated enough. Your don't need to waste time fighting a battle with your computer. We've made making friends with your PC as easy as possible. Spend a couple of afternoon hours learning with us and meeting new friends with the same interests.

All classes are held in our Coaching Center in East Hanover. Email us to register. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Google Maps warning - "14 Hanover Road" is marked incorrectly in Google - simply navigate to the intersection of Mt Pleasant & Hanover Road and you can't miss the large white house on the corner.

I recently bought the Windows 7 upgrade and had no clue what to with it, let alone installing it into my computer. I read the directions which were several pages long and it was asking me to save my files onto somehting!!?? Well thank goodness there are people like Susana who took me step by step into the world of computers and Windows 7. After explaining the situation and confessing that I had no clue what to do, she calmly talked me through the entire process, saved my files and even showed me a few tricks. The process was painless.
